Delete your 4 Moves account
In the app (fastest)
- Open 4 Moves.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted from our server immediately, and Sign in with Apple is revoked.
Without the app
Email info@dsonix.com with the subject "Delete my 4 Moves account". Send it from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, or include your leaderboard name (for example "Brave Penguin 4821") so we can find your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and its Apple or Google sign-in link.
- Your synced game progress: levels, stars, Daily Challenge results, animals, awards, Endless and Blitz records.
- Your leaderboard name and scores.
- Your email address, if Apple or Google shared it with us.
What is kept
- Nothing on our server. Our backups are kept for up to 14 days, so deleted data disappears from them within 14 days.
- Progress saved on your own device stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
