Terms of Use
By installing or using 4 Moves ("the app") you agree to these terms.
1. Licence
DSONIX Technology grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Ownership
The app, its puzzles, graphics, sounds and code belong to DSONIX Technology, except third-party components (such as the animal and food pictures, from Microsoft's Fluent Emoji), which are used under their open-source licences; see Settings > Open-source licenses. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer or resell the app except where the law or those licences expressly allow it.
3. Age
The app is intended for players aged 13 and over.
4. Accounts And Leaderboards
Accounts are optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, keep that account secure; you are responsible for play on it. Leaderboards must reflect genuine play: do not cheat, modify the app or interfere with our servers. We may remove scores or suspend accounts that break these rules. Online features (backup, sync and leaderboards) may change or pause for maintenance. You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account, or as described in our privacy policy.
5. No Warranty
The app and its online features are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that they will be error-free or always available, or that your saved progress can never be lost.
6. Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DSONIX Technology is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
7. App Stores
If you downloaded the app from Google Play or the App Store, that store's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
